About me:

Born and raised in Florida, fitness has always been at the center of my life be it through sports, dance or group classes and it later became my career back in 2019. I first found [solidcore] as a client and fell in love with the strength that I re-built throughout myself after losing both of my parents to cancer. Now, as a coach, I look forward to helping my clients find the strongest version of themselves under these blue lights too.
