About me: Tracey’s a Baltimore native and American University almuna. Thirteen years ago, she left DC and her job in higher education to stay home with her two girls when her husband’s job moved to Richmond. Tracey’s a Pilates, barre and TRX instructor, and loves to learn about fitness. She stays busy reading, driving her kids everywhere, walking her dogs and volunteering.
