I’m from St. Louis, Missouri and moved to NYC after college. My friends took me to my first [Solidcore] class in 2022 and I’ve been hooked ever since. Every class I took, I left feeling empowered, confident, and capable of things I never knew I could accomplish, which is what I strive to help you feel after my class!
