About me:

Originally from the Washington DC area, I moved to NYC because it was the only city that could keep up with my energizer bunny tendencies! I’m always on the go – running, traveling, cooking, catching up with friends, taking group fitness classes, etc. I fell in love with [solidcore] because it gave me the opportunity to slow down a lil for 50 minutes a day and focus on building my mental and physical strength. Let’s slow it down and shake it out together under the blue lights!
