originally from boston, massachusetts, i’m an east coast native living on the west coast! i am a passionate about empowering people to realize their ability and achieve their goals in and out of the studio. i believe in allowing music and movement to be your medicine, especially under the blue lights! when i’m not on a mic or in the studio, you can find me in the garden growing vegetables, teaching my dogs a new trick, or learning rap lyrics to lip sync in my car
