i’m born and raised in the 412! i moved to Los Angeles to dance professionally while earning my doctorate in physical therapy (Fight On!) i found [solidcore] when i moved back home & it made me feel super strong + empowered while recovering from hip surgery. i’m excited to have the privilege to positively influence this awesome community & help clients become the strongest version of themselves!
