A true Washingtonian who loves the gray skies and grunge rock from the 90s! I have been in the fitness industry since 2016 teaching HIIT, strength, barre and now [solidcore]! I am a mom of 2 boys and love being outside with them as often as possible. I love old movies, old music, hiking, kayaking, and cooking, but nothing makes me happier than seeing others fall in love with moving their bodies!
