Born and raised in Chicago, officially became a Miami resident as of 2023! I always dreamed of warm winters, sunshine, and palm trees! Moving to Miami allowed me to pursue my TRUE passion, which is inspiring others to be the best version of themselves. Studio to street, I practice what I preach on my yoga mat and under the blue lights! Community is what fills my cup every morning! You can expect my energy, positivity, accountability, and intense community to fuel you through your 50 minutes! One day, or day one, you decide!
