About me: From Long Island and moved to Charm City about three years ago! My obsession with this [shakey] workout started at Roslyn studio and I was so excited when I learned there was one in Baltimore! Everytime I step under the blue lights, it is always a challenge and there is no other workout that can make you shake quite like this workout. Traveling, binge watching shows, online shopping and a good burger keep me occupied outside of [solidcore].
