About me: Hi, my name is Jada Willis. I’m originally from Virginia Beach, VA (757, born and raised). After receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance/choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University, I moved here to ATL to further establish myself as a dancer and educator as well. I. was introduced to [solidcore] through a few of my dance friends who are currently coaches and let me just say, it has changed me tremendously! Being a dancer, the [solidcore] exercises have given me the strength to challenge myself mentally and physically each and every day. The knowledge I’ve gained so far from [solidcore] motives me to always push myself to my fullest potential. I can’t wait to get started and create some shakes with you!
