About me:

I grew up in the Midwest and hopped from coast to coast before settling in LA in 2019. I’ve been teaching dance and group fitness for more than half my life, and it’s still my very favorite thing to do. I’m the co-author of the book “Yoga Where You Are,” and my latest book “Yoga Inversions: Your Guide to Going Upside Down” drops in August 2023! I was also a featured teacher on Yoga International for years, teaching classes focused on providing accessible challenges for all levels. [Solidcore] has helped me up-level all of my favorite activities (plank to pike definitely helps with those handstands!)
