About me: My favorite thing about teaching fitness is that it combines all of the things that I am passionate about; movement, leading a group, and helping others feel empowered. I first found [Solidcore] in NYC while I was in college and I immediately wanted to be apart of the community. I loved the grit, discipline, and challenge that the work had to offer. Originally from Vegas, I’m so excited to be apart of the West Coast team!
