About me:

I’m originally from the Greater Boston Area and moved to the Carolina’s to play lacrosse at Coastal Carolina University. After college, I moved to Charlotte to start my career in technology. I started coaching part time in November of 2022 and fell in love with it so much that I decided to change careers into fitness full time as the South End, Charlotte studio’s Head Coach and Community Manager!
