About me:

I’m originally from MN, lived in Florida for over 5 years, then moved to Chicago almost 3 years ago. It was a challenging move finding my groove in a big city and making lasting connections, that is, until I found [solidcore]! [solidcore] has completely changed my life both physically and mentally. This community has provided me with the biggest and most supportive group of people. I hope to bring that energy to you each and every class, and that every client finds community and greatness within themselves with the support of [solidcore]!

kneeling lat row (especially with the single arm variation 😍)

Guilty Pleasure:

Brookside açaí chocolate, anything disney related (peds nurse), takeout food + movie nights

I’m also a part-time pediatric nurse, hence my love for helping others! Outside of work I’m an avid summer gal! You can catch me spending 80% of my time outside walking my dogs, or laying by a pool!
