About me: Born and raised in Pittsburgh, went to University of Michigan, and moved to NYC after graduating! After trying [solidcore] in Pittsburgh and Ann Arbor, I truly fell in love with the shakes under the blue lights in NYC. I combined my passion for teaching with my passion for the [solidcore] workout and community and love having the opportunity to coach you all to be the strongest version of yourself!
