Alyssa is the Chief Operations Officer for [solidcore]. As COO, Alyssa is responsible for talent strategy and development as well as ensuring efficient operational processes are in place to support the growth of [solidcore]. As a passionate [solidcore] client, she is deeply committed to the mission of [solidcore]: helping all people create the strongest versions of themselves.

Alyssa brings 25 years of experience in high growth businesses, operations, and talent development to the company. Prior to joining the [solidcore] team, Alyssa was Head of Stores for Zales the Diamond Store. She spent more than a decade at Ulta Beauty as well, helping the organization add 1,000 stores. Alyssa’s background also includes entrepreneurship: her lifestyle coaching business received accolades as the top 1% of lifestyle coaching programs in America.

When Alyssa isn’t actively helping others achieve their fullest potential, you’ll either find her on [sweatlana], weight lifting, paddle boarding, or just hanging on the boat with her three teenage sons and her husband of 20 years.
