Ben Heustess

Originally from the greater Memphis area, Ben currently resides in Los Angeles where he oversees Training and Talent for California, Washington, Texas, and the Dakotas. With a BFA in Acting and a MFA in European Devised Performance Practice, his love for people and his “practice makes perfect” approach have found a healthy melding in his role on the HQ team. After years of teaching barre, he began his [solidcore] journey as a full-time coach. The sense of community, excitement from the LA market, and power of the tiny pulse has him excited to keep introducing new clients and coaches alike to the blue lights. When he isn’t cheering on his teammates on Sweatlana, you can catching him finding any excuse to be out in the sun (with SPF, of course), getting away on a little weekend getaway, or stirring up something yummy in the kitchen.
