Joshua Rainey

Joshua serves as [solidcore]’s real estate director, taking the lead on strategy and leasing of the company’s new studio pipeline in addition to management of its existing portfolio. He is passionate about commercial real estate, with a focus on working with various retail concepts on their national real estate needs. Prior experiences include working with or for retailers such as CVS, Chase, Publix, Couche Tard and YUM Brands, in addition to his most recent role in strategy, acquisition and development at a global real estate-technology start up. As [solidcore] continues to grow in all directions, Joshua is ever eager to be the first eyes on potential new opportunities for the company to ensure its continued long term success as a preeminent player in the industry.

Native to Miami and a graduate of Florida State University, Joshua enjoys all things on the water, concerts and music festivals, and the study of urban planning, in addition to any travel that gets him out of cold weather.
