Karina McGucken

Karina was born and raised in Wisconsin which is where she found [solidcore] as a client in 2018. She came into her first class thinking that it would be a piece of cake. She then proceeded to wake up the next day sorer than she has ever been. She was hooked. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she made the move to DC to manage a few studios before moving into her current role as Training Manager. Outside of the studio, you can find Karina lifting weights, exploring DC, or playing Geoguessr.
