Lou Benedetto

Lou is the Director of Design at [solidcore], leading the studio design process from programming conception to implementation. He oversees partnerships with architects, engineers, and other technical consultants that contribute to the design and permitting of new studios.

Prior to joining the [solidcore] family, Lou comes from a decade-long career working with various luxury retail, fitness, as well as food and beverage brands. After earning his Master’s Degree, he started his career at the international architecture firm KPF. From there, Lou worked in house for Michael Kors, expanding their retail fleet throughout the APAC region. He then joined Equinox, designing luxury fitness clubs throughout the US and UK. Finally, Lou most recently worked for a real estate startup in the F&B industry, rehabilitating buildings to provide opportunities for food entrepreneurs throughout the US.

Lou has always been intrigued by the world of design, admiring its impact on people and their communities. Beyond his career, Lou enjoys sharing experiences with his family outdoors. He also appreciates his time on the yoga mat. Lou is looking forward to collaborating with the talented [solidcore] team to design spaces that inspire, excite, and empower the brand’s growing community along their fitness journey.
