Megan Bauer

Megan brings over 20 years of experience leading fast-faced, high growth organizations with an ability to build a positive workplace culture while navigating dynamic business environments. Her career journey started in business facing roles before pivoting into HR 13 years ago. Prior to joining [solidcore], she held HR leadership roles at Target and Ulta Beauty. Most recently, she worked for Nike where she held a global role delivering integrated HR solutions across 43,000 retail employees around the world. She has a deep passion for talent development, intentional career progression and enabling individuals to see their full potential in the work they do every day.

Megan is a California native, and currently lives in Oregon with her fiance Mike. They are very excited to relocate to the Arlington/D.C. area to check out the historical sites, outdoor areas and food scene. Outside of work, Megan has a passion for creating amazing charcuterie boards, playing with her fur baby Blu and traveling to new places to experience the many cultures of the world.
