I joined the [solidcore] community as a client in 2016. I vividly remember my first class at our Wildwood studio in Bethesda, MD. It was 4:30pm on a Thursday night and I received a notification that there was a major accident on the interstate. I looked at my co-worker and said “there’s a new gym next door, I’ll be there.” Little did I know that I would hardly be able to move later that night and the next day. That one Thursday night not only turned into my favorite workout but it led to me becoming a coach one year later in 2017. Fast forward to the present I now help assist with the openings of studios across the country; sharing what we all love and enjoy about [solidcore].
