I am a Brooklyn native who has made Jersey City, NJ my home! My journey began in the world of dance, where I worked professionally for over 15 years. However, an injury forced me to seek out a lower impact option to continue my career. I discovered [solidcore] and was immediately hooked! With certifications in personal training, group fitness, and pre/postnatal exercise, I am dedicated to helping clients unlock their full potential. Class will leave you shaking from both laughter and muscle failure every time! Beyond my current qualifications, I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design & Technology, demonstrating my commitment to staying at the forefront of fitness education and to fostering the growth of our coaching fleet. I am honored to work for a company that gives me space to explore my own personal growth alongside that of the business!
