Sam Gelon

Sam is the Talent and Product Development Manager for [solidcore]. She is responsible for [solidcore]’s continuing education program offered to existing coaches. This includes facilitating advanced coach training workshops and creating educational resources to strengthen coach skills and their understanding of the science behind our workout.

Sam is a national board certified occupational therapist (OTR). She first discovered [solidcore] in 2018 when she was an OT student completing the professional master’s program at New York University. Soon after graduating with an MS in Occupational Therapy, Sam moved to Washington, D.C., where she turned her passion for [solidcore] into a career.

Sam is an avid sports fan. When she’s not at [solidcore], you can likely find Sam watching sports, managing her fantasy basketball and baseball teams, or playing with her dog, Bean (named after Kobe Bean Bryant)!
