Tracey Phipps

Tracey is the Director of Studios for the Mid Atlantic at [solidcore] where she oversees strategy, championing the vision, and developing talent whilst driving revenue for the brand. Prior to joining [ solidcore ], Tracey started her career in retail in 2012 working with global brands including Uniqlo where she took part in their growth and expansion into new markets in the US. She prides herself in operational excellence, leadership development and creative community engagement. Her passion for fitness grew stronger during the pandemic where she committed to striving for a healthy lifestyle and self care.

When Tracey isn’t sweating under the blue lights, you can find her creating, releasing and performing music, spending time with her son, and giving back to her community through her non profit. In 2020, Tracey founded the Time for Tea Foundation, Inc, an organization that provides etiquette and social skills training to minority teen girls. Since inceptions, she’s trained over 500+ girls.
